Our Merino wool base layer and knits manufacturing base is located in Suzhou. Estabilished in 2001, the factory has an area of more than 15000 square meters.
There are more than 30 sets of “Yamato” special equipment, 4 needles and 6 threads machine that is highly applicable for flat seam, with more than 10 ACTIVESEAM machines made from the United States “Merrow”.
Founded in October,2003, our woven manufacting base covers an area of 4.7 hectares.We possesses a standardized workshop with 10 sewing lines, 500 sewers. This factory specialized on making seam taped jacket, down jackets, padded garment,with an annual output of over 500,000PCS.
This is our cut and sew factory is vietnam, it has 20 sewing liners and more than 1200 worker in this factory. This factory is good at making all kinds of sports cust and sew T-shirt, yoga pants, running suits and so on.
Our woven cut and sew garments factory in vietnam has an occupation of 36,000 sqm, main products are padding jacket, pants, simple seam taped rainwear. It has 30 sewing lines, 80 automatic template machines. More than 2.5 thousand workers working there.
