Women's packable goose down jacket
This women’s packable goose down jacket is made of 100% nylon 20 D taffeta fabric.
The face fabric is rib-stop construction, the inner layer fabric is normal nylon taffeta.
The insulation is goose down 90/10 of 700 filling power
The goose down have passed the certification RDS

As a vertical manufacturer and supplier of down jackets, Royal have been involved in down apparel business for more than 20 years. Royal deeply participates all the for links from down sourcing, down washing, down proof fabric woven, till to the cutting and sewing of garment. Royal have two cut and sew factories in China and one in Vietnam.

Down washing and sanitizering workshop
We have our own washing and sanitizering workshop to treat both duck down and goose down. The goose down and duck down are treated in different machine and workshop to ensure the quality.
Downproof fabric woven workshop
Royal has its own woven workshop to make down proof fabric to ensure the quality and efficiency. We have water jet woven machine and air jet woven machine in our different woven workshop. The super light weight down proof nylon fabric could be make by water jet woven machine. The woven baffules two layer down proof fabric could be made by our air jet woven machine.
Seam sealed taping lines
Royal has its own seam taping welding machine to make seam taping packable down jacket and waterproof down jacket.
