Royal use hot-melt adhesive laminating machine to laminate the membrane of PU, TPU, PTFE. By this way, the fabric is really good on breathability comparing which made by the glue adhesive laminating machine.

Woven machine
Royal has own workshop to make woven recycle polyester an recycle nylon fabric for outdoor clothing. We have both the water jet and air jet woven machine to meet the different request of our customers.
Testing lab
